SoCal Toy Drive 2021
Tis’ the season to give back! This is the 4th annual toy drive at the Astra Auto (@astraautopc) compound (previous home of VTX Wheels @vtxwheels) and marks our 2nd year as PURE 4x4 hosting with YotaMafia (@yotamafia) and JH Garage (@jimahajer). This event has grown to be a staple in the community amongst charity events and we’re extremely grateful to be able to be a part of it!
All the toys gathered are donated to Giving Children Hope (@givingchildrenhope) which is a community driven nonprofit that equips front line partners with resources to serve vulnerable children and families. On behalf of all the hosts involved we’d like to thank everyone for all their generosity in helping the children. As you can see there were pallets of toys donated! This is truly something that will make Christmas that much more special for the kids.
It was great to see all the people and trucks (and cars) coming together for a good cause. We were able to meet a ton of new faces and finally match Instagram handles to them. There were so many in attendance it nearly took the entire event to try and photograph each vehicle!
Thank you once again to our guests, vendors, and event coordinators for helping make this another successful toy drive. Congrats to all the winners for picking up some dope gear! We’ll see you all again next year!
